Rates and Fees

To establish service there is a $75.00 deposit and a $25.00 service charge, making it a total of $100.00 to start service. These fees must be paid in person and in advance before service can start. The $75.00 deposit is refundable only when a customer terminates service and moves from that location.

Residential Rates

First 2,000 Gallons / $16.50
Next 8,000 Gallons $9.60/1000 Gallons
Next 10,000 Gallons $13.00/1000 Gallons
All Over 20,000 Gallons $19.00/ 1000 Gallons

Monthly Bill to be based on a minimum of 2,000 Gallons ($16.50)

Commercial Rates

First 2,000 Gallons $24.80
Next 8,000 Gallons $6.50/ 1000 Gallons
Next 10,000 Gallons $7.20/ 1000 Gallons
All Over 20,000 Gallons $9.40/1000 Gallons

Commercial Sewer Rates

First 2,000 Gallons $33.50
All Over 2,000 Gallons $19.60/1000 Gallons

Please contact the office for all other rates and fees included fees for Tap installation, etc.

We do cut off at the end of each month…if your water is disconnected for non payment there is a $50.00 reconnect fee to restart service.
